BIOGRAPHY

Lauren Hoehlein Joseph is VP People at Grover, the market leader in consumer electronics rental subscriptions, making technology accessible to everyone by enabling people to subscribe to tech products monthly instead of buying them. She is responsible for delivering Grover’s people strategy — focused foremost on creativity, flexibility, simplicity, and community — and for developing and scaling organizational design and impact. 

Lauren has more than 10 years of experience in people and organizational strategy, business development, and management consulting at a diverse set of companies including global consulting firm Bain & Company and innovative product discovery platform The Grommet. Prior to Grover, she served as Chief of Staff at the co-living provider Quarters. Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in Linguistics and Cognitive Science from Dartmouth College and earned an MA in History from the Boston College Graduate School of Arts & Sciences.
